Plant City History & Photo Archives offers affordable rental opportunities to nonprofits, civic groups, and businesses. Our gallery and conference room are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Click here for more information and room specifications.

We welcome collaborations between local organizations and others to utilize our space for the forward momentum of the community.

Dr. Scotty and Hsiu Huang Research Library was established in 2010 through the generous support of Dr. Scotty and Hsiu Huang, who have lived in Plant City for nearly 50 years. The Huang family’s sponsorship of the Photo Archives has been instrumental in preserving and sharing Plant City’s rich history, allowing researchers, students, and curious minds to connect with the past.

As a vital community resource, the library is open to the public for reading, reference, and research during regular business hours, Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Seize the opportunity to become an annual Plant City History & Photo Archives Member for as little as $35 a year and help us preserve and share Plant City’s history for future generations. Click here to support local history.
