David Moon founded Picnooga, a crowdfunded project that collected over 10,000 historical photos, original negatives, and small artifacts from Chattanooga, Tennessee’s past. The project was featured on NPR, The Daily Mail, and other local and regional media outlets, with millions of online views of Picnooga’s collection.
