  • A convenient catering prep area is available just off the main event space, complete with ample counter space, a refrigerator, and a sink. Perfect for keeping food and beverages fresh and ready to server throughout your event.

  • Extended Hour: $100 / per hour
  • Rates Based on a Maximum of 75 Guests per event
  • Rental / Damage Deposit: $250 w/50% of the rental fee

  • Rental / Damage Deposit $250 + 50% of the rental fee (required at contract signing)
  • Overseer Fee (as needed) $125 for up to 6 hours; $25 per additional hour
  • Cleaning Fee Assessed based on event size
  • Credit Card Surcharge 5% added to deposit AND final payment

All rentals are for a minimum of 6 consecutive hours
Maximum capacity: 75 guests per event

  • Accepted at contract signing: Credit Card, Cash, or Check
  • ⚠️ A Credit Card Authorization Form is required for all rentals.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Nonprofit Organizations

Adjusted rates may be available for qualifying nonprofit organizations.

Please note: Nonprofit pricing does not apply to weddings, funerals, birthdays, showers,
or similar personal celebrations — no exceptions.

To be considered:

  • - Provide a copy of your 501(c)(3) determination letter at the time of booking.
  • - Adjusted rates apply strictly to fundraising events to benefit Director approved local nonprofit organizations only.

Blackout Dates

No venue rentals are available on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
  • Easter Day
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
