All rentals are for a minimum of 6 consecutive hours
Maximum capacity: 75 guests per event

Blackout Dates
No venue rentals are available on the following holidays:

New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
Easter Day
Independence Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

Nonprofit Organizations

Adjusted rates are available for qualifying nonprofits.

To be eligible:
Provide a copy of your 501(c)(3) paperwork at time of booking
Adjusted rates apply strictly to fundraising events only
Not available for weddings, funerals, birthdays, showers, or similar events — no exceptions
